1.2 We facilitate the booking of tours and activities through TourDesk, a third-party marketplace. TourDesk is responsible for the execution of all tours and experiences booked through our platform.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 All bookings made through AuroraPass.is are processed via TourDesk’s platform.
2.2 AuroraPass.is does not add any additional booking fees to the listed prices.
2.3 Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

3. Responsibility and Liability

3.1 AuroraPass.is acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for any accidents, losses, injuries, damages, delays, or expenses arising from the actions or inactions of the tour operator, guide, or service provider.
3.2 Each tour operator or service provider has its own Terms & Conditions, which you agree to when booking through AuroraPass.is.
3.3 We strongly advise reviewing the terms of the tour operator before completing a booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@tourdesk.io.
4.2 Refunds are processed in accordance with the cancellation policy of the respective tour operator.
4.3 TourDesk reserves the right to charge a 3% administration fee for processing refunds.

5. User Obligations

5.1 Users must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
5.2 Users agree to comply with the policies and rules of the tour operators and service providers.
5.3 AuroraPass.is reserves the right to cancel bookings or refuse service to users who violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on AuroraPass.is, including text, images, and logos, is the property of KRÁKR ehf or used with permission.
6.2 Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the website without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 Any personal information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 We do not share user data with third parties except as necessary to process bookings.

8. Force Majeure

8.1 Neither AuroraPass.is nor TourDesk shall be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Iceland.
9.2 Any disputes arising from the use of AuroraPass.is shall be resolved in the courts of Iceland.
